We are a traditional family business in Wittnau in the Fricktal region. The mill has been operated by the Tschudi family since 1760, now in its 8th and 9th generations. The grain processed at the mill is delivered directly from the fields by local farmers. At our grain collection point, it is cleaned, dried, and stored. In 2014, the mill was automated and expanded with various silos, a flour filling station, and a flour warehouse.
