Gothelney Farm are based in Bridgwater, Somerset.
They have a farm and a bakery and care about soil and grains, they’re part of the south west grain network. I have sent an email asking about their flour and soil but they are on holiday until February. They have a mill and mill their own flour, it is my favourite so far.
