Grown and milled on an organic farm in Northumberland by our friends Andrew and Sybille Wilkinson, Gilchester Organic spelt flour is stoneground from an old continental heritage spelt variety. This flour gives a rich, nutty flavour to your bakes. Use it for bread making, cakes, muffins, pancakes and scones. Spelt flour is recommended for people who have digestive issues and those who are sensitive to conventional wheats.
All Gilchester Organics flours are free of any enhancers or other additives.
