Grown and milled by our friends Andrew and Sybille Wilkinson on their organic farm in Northumberland. Gilchester Organics stoneground 100% Wholemeal is a quite finely milled flour produced from tall-straw heritage wheat. We use it to bake loaves with a lovely crumb and a great depth of flavour. This flour can take a bit more liquid than other roller milled flours, so we recommend you take this into account when baking with it.

Supplied in bag 1.5kg, 3kg and 15kg.

All Gilchester Organics flours are free from enhancers and other additives.
