Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The bakers who ferment, and who see things differently. We’re not fond of fast action yeast or cheap industrial bread – and we have no respect for cheap white sliced.

We the are activists. We mix, proof, bake and share healthier bread, support farmers, millers, and our own gut health, making sure that good bread isn’t just the preserve of the upper crust, but accessible to all. So while some might say that we are the crazy ones, the hippy ones, or the dreamers, I see genius.

Because the people who are crazy enough to think good bread matters, and believe that we can change the world, are the ones who do.

An invitation to submit your bake for a clinic.

Clinics are live discussions that examine the bread, the baking techniques in detail.

All clinics run from the facebook Forum Private members group.  You will only have access to this if you are enrolled on the current Nutrition & Digestibility of Bread Diploma.

Please note that these details will be shared on the forum live clinic. If you have an interesting bake then I will invite you to submit a clinic Please fill in the form below. In the first instance please post your every day baking photos and queries to the facebook forum.

I will answer your questions there, that way everyone can benefit from the knowledge. If it is a great example to discuss a then I will invite you to chat about your bake in a clinic.  It is totally up to you if you accept but please fill in the form below for questions and for clinic sessions.

Please note there is 1 clinic a month so if you have a quick question please stick to asking in the forum.  Thanks.
