Sourdough is more than just bread. Bread is something that draws us all together, bread has no boundaries and no borders and the Sourdough School is a community of likeminded people who believe that everybody should have bread that nourishes. `
Over the years we have built a team of people with exceptional skills in understanding and communicating knowledge around developing, growing, harvesting, milling, fermenting, baking and digesting bread.
Our team includes specialists from many disciplines of both science and, medicine who contribute to better understanding the connection between both physical and mental health, whole grains, fermentation and the gut microbiome.
