Hi Rachelle, thank you for your comment. It is near easy - but I just got off the phone from Henry.  He grows the grains and mills the flour I use.  There is nothing more powerful than finding your farmer of miler directly and chatting with them.  Trust is built and it is a relationship - not a branding exercise.  Try to find a real farmer - maybe my directory will help?]]></description>
