										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Farming in Surrey on a National Trust farm we work with nature to grow heritage wheats that were grown in this area some from the mid 1600’s. These wheats which are chosen for one thing alone, flavour, are grown in a regenerative manner aiming to care for the soil and not abuse it. We mill on farm with our own stone mill and also at a local windmill when the wind is kind.</p>
