Hi Joey so sorry to here this - Emanuel&#039;s recipe works so well for many.  - so I always suspect the starter more than the room temperature.  - make sure it is not too sour and recently refreshed.  also my room is 20C and mine was fine.  hope the helps. Vanessa]]></description>
