<h3>What does the workshop cover?</h3>
<p>This module gives students the opportunity to learn in-person from our team of leading experts here at The Sourdough School.</p>
<p>On the workshop you will dive deeply into nutritious baking, gut health and the impact bread can have on our physical and mental health. It is an immersive, interactive learning experience with a remarkable team of experts that allows students to apply their knowledge and deepen their understanding. Please see the timetable above for details.</p>
<h3>Learning to bake sourdough?</h3>
<p>Please note that this workshop is <strong>not</strong> about learning to bake. It is for healthcare professionals, participants will however still be baking, fermenting and milling as per the timetable above.</p>
<h3>Pre course learning:</h3>
<p>You will be sent a pre course syllabus to access lessons, video tutorials, step-by-step guides, recipes, a Club Forum and so much more, to learn more than you even knew there was to learn about sourdough. Please see ‘How will I learn to make the bread?’ below.</p>
