Is 1 year programme that consists of 3 modules BOTH online and in- person:
1) The RCGP Certification in Bread, Gut Microbiome & Mental Health
- 2/3 hours of self-directed learning per week
- 30 Hours of Live Tutorials & 90 hours of Self-directed learning
2) 52 week supported Online Baking Schedule
We believe that it is not enough to understand the theory of how to bake for optimal health; we also teach you how to make the bread that draws all the research into recipes that you can bake and eat and share, no matter what your baking experience.
- 4-5 hours of self-directed learning per week
- 30 Hours of Live Tutorials & 200 hours of Self-directed learning
3) 1 Week attending The Sourdough School
- 38 hours in full attendance at the school in Northampton with the Sourdough School Team
