Applications for The Sourdough School Diploma Awards are now open
The School will reopen on the 3rd week of September but in the mean time are thrilled to announce that applications for The Sourdough School Diploma Awards are now open for the 2024-2025 academic year. As we celebrate our 10th year The Diploma, we invite you to be part of a transformative online Diploma in Nutrition and digestibility of Bread. This is quite possibly the most comprehensive course there is on this subject and requires about 4 hours a week (during term time) over 24 months – this longer approach is designed to allow students to learn as they work, or run businesses or are changing direction to fits into real like and an approach that incorporates a relaxed weekend baking task as part of your syllabus.

- Award Value: Reduced enrolment fee from £999 to just £1, and reduced monthly payments to £39.99 for 24 months

The Sourdough School Diploma is about knowledge you can use in your baking every single day. Our Awards are designed to help people who want to be part of the change join our systems change programme. We recognise that it’s an expensive course, but we understand that some of the people best placed to make a difference may not be able to afford the fees.
