These workshop style classes are dedicated to solving more complex sourdough problems. We take an in depth look at every aspect of sourdough baking. We get into the science of sourdough, and examine how specifics of starter maintenance routines, choice of flour, length of fermentation affects the flavour of the dough and the kind of crumb you can want to achieve for your loaf.
These courses assume you have some experience of sourdough baking. Beginners should take a look at our sourdough for beginners courses.
All students will receive a certificate, a bag of Mulino Marino flour, a dough scraper and a ceramic pot of our organic sourdough starter. All courses include a follow up with Vanessa, and the learning don’t just end when you leave the course, it is just the beginning because you automatically join the sourdough club, which has tips, techniques, videos and regular recipes to keep you motivated and inspired.
