If you are beginner then the best place to start is at the beginning, so the very best sourdough to start with is a classic French miche.
It’s been made for hundreds of years and the course is structured around my time baking sourdough in the South West of France. You will have a full and comprehensive understanding of the basics of baking sourdough, which includes refreshing a starter (which you will take one home with you) and you will also take home a step-by-step guide. All students will receive a certificate, a bag of Mulino Marino flour, a dough scraper and a ceramic pot of our organic sourdough starter.
Learning doesn’t just end when you leave the course, it is just the beginning. All courses include a follow up with Vanessa and you automatically join the Sourdough Club, which has tips, techniques, videos and regular recipes to keep you inspired.
